Lewis
Ivan Lewis is a self-educated entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in early childhood education and educational enrichment. He has spent the last ten years managing a math and reading tutoring center.
As a youth, his spare time was spent participating in the Boy Scouts of America, growing a love for the outdoors and a passion for service to others. He was awarded the Medal of Merit as a young teen and went on to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. He was active with scouting’s honor society serving as Lodge Chief for a number of years and was honored with the prestigious Founders’ award. Ivan is an active volunteer in the Coupeville Cub Scout Pack where his oldest two kids are scouts.
He met his partner while they were working as volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians with Snohomish County Fire District 5. He spent five years responding to emergency calls and enjoyed the opportunity to serve his community. A father of four, Ivan resides in Coupeville on Whidbey Island where he and his family are working on establishing a small hobby farm.
